Shipping Schedule: All orders placed between Monday and Thursday 2PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday night will be shipped the on the second Monday following. Orders will be shipped via ground or express service based on your location. Delivery takes 4 days maximum from ship day.

Winter Shipping: Orders placed for areas with freezing temps will be held for shipment until we can ship without a threat of freezing in transit.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on order and destination, and are calculated prior to check-out.

We fully guarantee the quality of our plants: All orders are filled with careful attention, however, humans being what we are, we will occassionally get it wrong. In this event, we will do everything we can to make it right, to include replacing plants at our expense with many heartfelt apologies. Please let us know if we goofed within two weeks of the plants arriving at the shipping destination.
