Growing season is winter and spring. Water adequately during this season. Some Aeoniums thrive in full sun or bright light, but a few are very small and will appreciate filtered light. They are dormant in summer, so hold back somewhat on water during this time. If possible, it is best to provide shaded, cool conditions during the summer dormancy. Do not let them over-heat in summer. Shade is advised in hot, sunny conditions. They are frost tender!
